The arrangement will see Global Talent 2020 supply permanent recruitment solutions across the bandwidth of Effective Hospitality Managements asset management projects portfolio, in Scotland, Ireland, UK and globally as required.

Both companies share great synergy in how we both transparently operate in the marketplace, with our bespoke services to the Hospitality sector, and respective supply chains. With a current portfolio of 70 projects upcoming, or live, at time of writing this is an exciting time for growth for both companies over the coming months.

Global Talent 2020 and Effective Hospitality have the capabilities to tailor both our services, individually, and bespokely to each and every client, and give proven market experience and insight in the right solutions to help operators and owners grow their businesses with the right talent on board.

The agreement will see Global Talent 2020 be able to support Effective Hospitality Management services clients with any mid-level to senior recruitment level managerial/HOD needs, on a project to project basis, and bolsters Effective Hospitality Managements other depth of capabilities. Example roles we will cover all FOH, BOH, GM, Sous chef upwards, Finance Managers, Sales Managers, DOS to Senior levels. Key principals in Global Talent are Matthew Reeves, (Head of Operations) and Andreas Maszczyk (Managing Director).

Effective Hospitality Management manage hospitality businesses on behalf of owners to give them enhanced profitability and the confidence that their business/asset is being professionally managed for the medium to long term. They do not asset strip or squeeze the business for short term gain. Key principles in the operation of Effective Hospitality Management are Kevin Keenan (Director), John Shevlin (Director), Tony Singh MBE (Culinary Director), and Simon O’Donnell (Finance Director) for the company.
