Set in an iconic venue right in the heart of the capital, our client is looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring guests have a smooth, fun, and immersive experience whilst enjoying bowling, pool, ping-pong, and arcade games. You will also be managing the service of a fast-paced bar and delicious American-style comfort food.

Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a current Assistant General Manager level or an Assistant Manager ready for their next career step as the client is passionate about developing their talent internally. Someone who is confident in leading a team of 10-15 people, is engaging with customers, possesses a positive outlook, is fun to work with, and is ambitious to fit the client’s driven mentality with a planned expansion of the business. The role could also suit someone with a previous supervisor or duty manager experience in either bar or restaurant environments.
The ideal Assistant General Manager candidate must have had prior experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant, specifically with bar training and cocktail experience. Be able to demonstrate good all-around leadership and people skills whilst being willing to grow, train and develop people with this ambitious, expanding organisation, to provide a consistent and great quality experience for the customer.
You will be working at a brand-new site with a brilliant team of front-of-house staff, as well as full support from the company as they continue to drive this exciting new venture.
