The role:

Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with a new luxury Hotel, soon to be opening in Glasgow, which is looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join their bespoke, talented onsite team.

Set in a vibrant city center location, our client is looking for a passionate, reliable, chef candidate for their quality-focused food operations. It is part of a large, diverse, dedicated kitchen brigade, producing high-level popular fresh breakfast menus across the main restaurant, lounges, and private dining areas of this trendy, luxurious new quality-focused lifestyle, branded hotel venue.

The person:

Our highly reputable client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing chef-level talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be approachable, have a positive outgoing personality and possess a “can-do” mentality.

The ideal Breakfast Chef candidate must have had prior experience working in a volume fresh food-led kitchen, specifically with high street, or previous hotel kitchen experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-around culinary technical skills, whilst being willing to organize, communicate, and plan effectively your section. There is ample scope to progress with this established worldwide organization and be part of making memorable food experiences for its customers.

All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at the interview stages.
