The opportunity:
Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of the Scottish isle’s premier award-winning Hoteliers, at their luxury Hotel resort. Our client is looking for a quality-focused F&B operations manager for their quality-focused multi-site venue, to drive, nurture and support the F&B teams and Hotel services to deliver memorable guest experiences for its domestic, and international customers.
The role:
The F&B operations manager will support General Manager across the resort over the three dedicated restaurant concepts, bars, and other seasonal pop-up outlets across this beautiful venue. All the outlets are beautifully appointed, refurbished, and very contemporary. Each of them offers a different style of ambiance and fresh modern cuisine, resulting in memorable dining experiences, You will lead diverse, large, dedicated teams across the property. Ensuring that the consistent quality delivery of guest food and drink experiences is maintained for this multi-million revenue stream for the business.
You will be used to being very customer-facing and help lead all the F&B operations by example. With an eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars, whilst being alive to maximize all commercial opportunities. You will manage the managers of the teams across the operations as required. Sound understanding of P&L, volume restaurants, costing, stock controls, cellar management, health &safety, training, and development, whilst possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are prerequisites for this highly regarded, living wage reputable business.
The person:
Our client at Global Talent 2020, are looking for a hands-on approach “leader”, with a focused, well-organized mind. Possessing a positive personality, driven to achieve high service standards and results. This is a multi-tasking role, in an amazing first-class environment. You need to be someone used to keeping their fingers on the pulse of an operation at all times.
The client requires the candidate to possess first-class leadership skills, with “right-first-time” engagement with customers, and colleagues alike. Ideally, an able “think on your feet” person, with a calm approachable manner, with sound decision-making capabilities would suit this role. This opportunity would suit a well-experienced multi-site F&B Manager, looking to step up into a more strategic operations role.
