The role is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to become part of a large, dedicated Kitchen brigade, using classical and modern culinary skills to produce high-level, fresh, popular food menus across the main restaurant, lounge, and bar area of this luxury flagship venue.

Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a passionate Head Pastry Chef talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be always creative, innovative, and readily approachable. You must possess a good understanding of Menu creation, Budgeting, be classically trained, and possess a passion for food to deliver high standards to guests. You will be highly communicative, have sound leadership skills, and illustrate a desire to build genuine and trusting relationships within a team.
The ideal Head Pastry Chef candidate must have had prior experience working in a quality food-led Restaurant, or large 4/5-star Hotel, specifically with a quality luxury experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-around classical culinary technical skills, whilst managing costs, Food GP%, and also training and developing others within the team.
All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at the interview stages.
