Our client is looking for a driven Brand Manager to propel the business onto the next tier, and help accelerate the market-share of the company.
Our quality led client at Global Talent 2020 is looking for a Brand Manager candidate whom possesses current brand oversight understanding, delivery, and responsibility within an existing premium food brand organisation. The main consideration of the Brand Manager role is to maintain the brands quality standards, create innovative marketing strategies, whilst delivering the overall parent brands vision, and to then effectively cascade all brand communications across consumer promotional fields, to include a real focus on digital marketing delivery.
The successful Global Talent 2020 Brand Manager candidate, will have a degree level education background, possess current experience of working within the FMCG sector in a premium food or drink category “like for like” type business. It is highly desired that the ideal candidate has strong Digital marketing skill sets, and experience of running promotional engagement campaigns across all levels of social media platforms, to also include paid digital platforms to reach its consumers.
As you will be leading a small dedicated team, presently all working remotely due to the pandemic impacts, you will need to be an effective communicator, be able to project your dynamism, motivational abilities to your team across all channels of communication, be naturally creative/innovative with a proven track record in PR campaign assembly, execution, engagement and illustrative results across all channels to market.
You must possess excellent people soft skills, strong analytical abilities, understand your com-set, the current trends, be conversant with delivery of creative briefs, campaign management experience, market research experience, highly IT literate, fully conversant with social media, POS understanding, possess robust budgetary and cost delivery experience, whilst also being comfortable presenting up to Executive board level. Effectively, the Brand Manager will be a brand ambassador, and appear at key trade shows and events.
