Set in the heart of the East docklands location our client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie for their quality-focused food operations. It is part of a large, friendly, Kitchen brigade, passionately producing high-level popular fresh food menus across the main restaurant, lounges, private dining, and bar areas of this luxurious cosmopolitan venue.
Global Talent 2020’s established client is looking for a growing Chef de Partie talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be approachable, have a positive out-going personality and possess a “can-do” mentality. Our client is open to the possibility this could be a Demi- Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef looking to step up to their first CDP level.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate must have had prior experience of working in a quality volume fresh food led Kitchen, specifically with exposure to rosette level/ fine dining experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-around classical culinary technical skills, whilst being willing to grow, train, and develop with this established organisation in making memorable food experiences for its customers.
You will be working at a quality-focused venue, delivering consistent popular fresh food Menus, working with a talented brigade of chefs within a quality growing, progressive, exciting organisation.
