Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with our 5 star client at their beautifully appointed venue in this stunning part of Scotland, in appointing a new Executive Head Chef for quality focused operation. It is a diverse hands on role, leading a dedicated brigade, producing multi-rosette level menus across restaurants, bars, and conference and banqueting suites.
Our discerning client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a real leader in the kitchen, someone whom will harness the talent of the brigade, utilise the fantastic new kitchen facilities to their advantage, for the end benefit of the diners, and patrons at this historic stunning quality venue.
The ideal Executive Head Chef candidate must have had prior experience of producing 2/3 rosette level food, or 1 Michelin star level is desired by the venue. You will need to be highly approachable in personality, as you will be interacting with other department heads, as well as guests and high net worth business associates. They require an Executive Head Chef, that is keen to train, coach and mentor their team, and evolve others; as well as the food services offered. Seasonality, using the best of the region and country has to offer, are also part of the ethos of our clients presentation, so it is required, that any Executive Chef applicant is an advocate of delivering this.
As Executive Head Chef, you must also be someone that not only has strong culinary ability, presentation skills, food innovation skills, but someone that is an effective manager of the kitchen environment, including recent Co-vid19 understanding changes, health and safety, COSHH, RIDDOR, recruitment, training and development, and possess strong cost & budgetary control skill sets.

You will be working at prestigious 5 star venue, delivering your food creations to 3 rosette level.
