Global Talent 2020 is proudly working with one of Europe’s largest growing brands of boutique volume Hoteliers. They are looking for an ambitious Front Office Agent to drive and support the front-of-house reception team across the venue in the New Year, to assist in making a memorable guest journey.
The Front Office Agent will primarily support and oversee the guest arrival, and departures procedures across the venue. The front office team is made up of 5 to 6 staff and led by a Front Office Manager depending on business levels. As part of this friendly team, you will help them to ensure that the quality delivery of guest services is of consistent quality standard of service, in line with brand expectations, brand standards, and leaves the customer with a positive customer experience on their stay.
You will be used to being customer-facing and able to communicate concisely, empathically, and be approachable at all times. It would also be an advantage if you are conversant with Hotel PMS systems, like Opera or Rezlynx although full training will be given. The candidate should be possessing an eye for detail, remembering the “little things” that make a guest’s stay more welcoming, whilst being alive to maintaining Brand standards. You will support the housekeeping staff across the Front of house, and room division areas as required. Understanding Brand standards, linen stock management, time management, health & safety, training, whilst possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are prerequisites for this modern growing brand.
