Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of central London’s largest luxury Yacht Hotels brands of unique experiences. They are looking for an ambitious Front Office Manager to drive and support the front-of-house reception, reservations, concierge, night management teams across this unique venue, to assist in making a memorable guest journey for its clientele.
The Front Office Manager will primarily lead, support, and oversee the front office guest services, covering with the diverse team all arrivals/departures, reservations services, concierge services, guest inquiries services, and have the night team report into this head of the Front Office Manager, with an Assistant Manager as part of their department.
As part of this quality-focused friendly team, you will help them to ensure that the quality delivery of guest services is of a consistent luxury standard of service, in line with brand expectations, brand standards, and leaves the customer with a positive customer experience with their stay.
You will be used to being customer-facing and able to communicate concisely, empathically, and be approachable at all times. It would also be an advantage if you are conversant with Hotel PMS systems like Opera or Rezlynx, although full training will be given if necessary. You must possess an eye for detail, remembering the “little things” that make guests stay more welcoming, whilst being alive to maintain brand standards. You will work with other HOD’s across this unique venue, to ensure the housekeeping across the front of the house, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Understanding of a luxury brand standard, strong people soft skills, time management, health & safety, training, whilst possessing first-class communication skills, and organisational skills are prerequisites for this modern growing brand.
