We are working exclusively with our luxury hotel client to find highly focused and experienced hospitality staff, in all departments, for their four and five star properties in Perthshire.
The venues are re-opening after closures, caused by the effects of the pandemic lockdowns. Now that the UK, and Scottish road map dates are now known, our clients are now keen to ramp up their staffing levels again, to meet a boom in business bookings, and return of consumer levels at their attractive locations.
Our client is looking for the following operational staffs, to join their growing quality organisation:
- Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Supervisory staff.
- Bar Managers and Bar Supervisory staff.
- C&E Managers, C&E Assistant Managers, and C&E Supervisors.
- Front of House Managers, and Head Receptionist staff.
- Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisory staff.
- Duty Managers.
- Wedding Co-ordinators.
- Chefs of all levels of the Kitchen Brigade, (with 1 or 2 Rosette level experience, or similar).
At Global Talent 2020 our quality focused client is looking for a hands-on leaders and people, who lead from the front. That infuses their teams with passion and positivity on a daily basis. The successful candidates must have previous 4/5-star Hotel or busy hight street F&B venue experience, and also used to working with brands. Ideally the candidates must have previous 2 years’ experience in “like for like” roles. Full-service property experience would be advantageous, as would own transport in some cases, as some properties are not on main public transport routes.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate from the outset, their engaging personality, people soft skills, drive to be the best, passionate, and have a track record of achievements within similar like for like roles/environments. Relevant market experience would also be highly desirable but is not a deal breaker.
