Global Talent 2020 are working with our established Managed Service Provider in Glasgow in finding an experienced IT Support Engineer for their progressive and diverse business systems operations, based at their offices in the heart of Glasgow.
Our client at Global Talent 2020, requires the IT Support Engineer to head up a small enthusiastic team to deliver services across their IT platforms and applications.
You will be required to work on a range of technologies, which will also include: Windows Server up to 2019 Windows 10 Active Directory Office 365 / Exchange / SharePoint Hyper-V / VMWare Anti-virus solutions, and Networking VOIP Technologies.
As the IT Support Engineer, you will also lead and motivate the team to engage and work well with other areas of the business and ensure the culture the company is kept and maintained with your colleagues. As part of the role, you will also benefit from in-house ongoing training and certifications that will be subsidised by the company.
Global Talent 2020’s client is looking for a motivated and approachable IT Support Engineer candidate, that possesses a positive personality and someone that enjoys an open, progressive work culture.
You must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, working as part of a larger team, or potentially leading a small department in a like-for-like role. Full understanding and demonstrable abilities in the aforementioned software are requisites for the position.
Other skills in line with IT support may be also considered for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who wishes to “grow” their skills, capabilities and learning, as there are further future opportunities in the organisation.
