Set in a busy location our client is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef for their quality-focused food operations. It is part of a close dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high-level popular food concepts across the main restaurant, and bar area of this recognised cosmopolitan lifestyle branded business.
The role also offers the option to work either a 35 hr or 48 hr week, as required by the successful applicant’s other lifestyle commitments. There are also secure plans to double the business by 2025, so career progression is definitely available!
Our passionate client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing Junior Sous Chef talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be approachable, have a positive out-going personality and possess a “can-do” mentality.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume fresh food led Kitchen, specifically with high street experience. Be able to demonstrate good all-around culinary technical skills, whilst being willing to grow, train, and develop with this ambitious, expanding organisation in making memorable food experiences for its customers.
You will be working at a quality-focused venue, delivering consistent popular Menus, working with a talented brigade of chefs within a quality growing, progressive, exciting brand.
