Global Talent 2020 is proudly working with one of Europe’s largest growing brands of boutique volume Hoteliers. They are looking for an ambitious Night Auditor to support the Night team across the 290 rooms plus landmark venue, in central London, to assist in making a memorable guest journey, and oversee operations out of hours.
The Night Auditor will primarily support and oversee guest experience in the hotel in the late evening and through the nighttime. The night audit team is made up of 3 colleagues and report to the Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager. As part of this friendly team, you will help them to ensure that the quality delivery of guest services at night, in line with brand expectations, brand standards, and helps leave the customer with a positive customer experience on their stay.
Global Talent 2020 client requires someone that is used to being customer-facing and able to communicate concisely, empathically, and be approachable at all times. It would also be an advantage if you are conversant with Hotel PMS systems, like Opera or Reslynx although full training will be given.
Possessing an eye for detail, have previous experience of health and safety management of a hotel or similar venue, fire safety and evacuation, security and safeguarding of a hotel, reception, and administration duties, whilst being alive to maintaining Brand standards.
Understanding Brand standards, stock management, time management, whilst possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are prerequisites for this modern growing brand.
