Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of central London’s largest luxury Yacht hotels, part of a growing brand of boutique specialist venues. They are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, Night Manager to support the Night team across this beautifully appointed floating landmark venue, in its permanent dock, to assist in making a memorable guest journey, and oversee hotel operations out of hours.
The Night Manager will primarily support, oversee, deliver the guest experience in the hotel in the late evening and through the night-time hours of hotel operations. The night management team is made up of a small team and reports to the Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager. As part of this friendly team, you will help them with the quality delivery of guest services in line with brand expectations, brand standards, and to help leave the customer with a positive customer experience with all aspects of their stay.
Global Talent 2020’s client requires someone that is used to being customer-facing and able to communicate concisely, emphatically, and be approachable at all times. It would also be an advantage if you are conversant with Hotel PMS systems, like Opera or Rezlynx although full training will be given.
Possessing an eye for detail, have previous experience of health and safety management of a hotel or similar venue, fire safety and evacuation, security, and safeguarding of a hotel, reception, and administration duties, F&B duties, whilst being alive to maintaining luxury brand standards.
Understanding of SOP’s, stock management, time management, whilst possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are prerequisites for this modern growing unique quality brand.
