This busy venue is looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie for their quality-focused restaurant operations.
The Pastry Chef de Partie role is part of a dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high-level, fresh, popular food menus across the main restaurant, lounge, and bar area of this beautiful ship venue.
Our quality-focused client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing Pastry Chef de Partie talent in the kitchen. Someone who will always be creative, innovative, and be readily approachable. You must possess a good basic understanding of all aspects of Patisserie, Baking, and Chocolate products/processes, and possess a positive can-do mentality. You will need to be highly communicative, possess sound people skills, illustrate a desire to grow, as this business is ever-evolving, and there will be continued career opportunities within the luxury group.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Party candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume food led quality Restaurant, or large Hotel, specifically with Pastry section experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round culinary technical skills, whilst managing your own section, understanding of Food GP%, and developing the dessert innovations on the menus.
