The Pastry Chef role is part of a large, dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high-level, fresh, popular food menus across the main restaurant, lounge, and bar areas of this noted 4-star venue.
Our long-established client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing Pastry Chef talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be always creative, innovative, and be readily approachable. You must possess a good understanding of Patisserie, Baking, and Chocolate products/processes, and possess a positive can-do mentality. You will be highly communicative, have sound leadership skills, and illustrate a desire to grow, as this business is ever-evolving, and there will be continued career opportunities.
The ideal Pastry Chef candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume food led quality Restaurant, or large Hotel experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round culinary technical skills, whilst adhering to costs, Food GP.
All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at the interview stages.
