The role:

Global Talent 2020 are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, and quality delivery-focused Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, to join our growing recruitment company in Edinburgh. You will be at present, remote working from home two days a week, as business levels dictate. You will operate a live “hot desk”, with active clients and jobs to hit the ground running with.

We are looking for a keen candidate to help service an existing up and running Hospitality permanent recruitment desk, within our expanding business. With a fresh human approach to recruiting solutions, and the colleagues and culture we have within the business. Collectively we have over 45 years of experience in key recruitment markets. The ideal candidate will be joining a hungry, innovative team, looking to make a genuine difference to the recruitment market, with candidate experiences, and the way we manage our client relationships. We will give the person a chance to create, and carve a niche for themselves.

The colleague:

Ideally, you must possess an engaging warm personality, be well organised, well presented, and be passionate about your future growth. You must possess first-class people soft skills; this is a prerequisite for the role. You must be comfortable evolving a department/vertical for yourself, with the scope to want to add a team under you as your success develops. As this role involves working partly from home, we need someone who is very trustworthy, self -motivated and who possesses great personal integrity. Ideally, someone who will live, and breathe our company vision, ethos, and values at all times.

The Experience Required:

At Global Talent 2020, we are looking for someone with established permanent solutions recruitment experience. Ideally, we would look at someone with prior recruitment market experience from within any of these sectors; Hospitality, in Scotland, the UK, or overseas. It would also be beneficial if they have an established client/candidate relationship network, possess strong 360-degree business development skills, as well as existing recruitment processes knowledge. Possess a billing track record, and strong people soft skill abilities, which will need to be illustrated at the Interview. A clean driving license and own car are also essential.
