The colleague:

At Global Talent 2020, we are looking for someone with established IT market experience, that has an established client/candidate relationship network, are strong with their business development skills, as well as their all-round recruitment knowledge, billing track record strengths and people soft skill abilities.

You ideally must possess an engaging personality, be well organised, well presented, and passionate about your future. Possess first-class people skills, and be comfortable building a department for yourself, with scope to add a team under you as your success develops.

The experience required:

The type of recruitment IT consultant we would be keen to hear from is someone with recruiting experience in covering many of these IT sector areas – Project and Program Management/IT Strategy and Leadership/Web and Apps development/ /Product Development/Security and IT Risk/Business Intelligence and Analysis, and/or ERP and Cloud Solutions recruitment.

We are looking for someone who is able to carry out business development, whilst being a consistent biller. Ideally someone who likes to work to clear targets and objectives and can be trusted to work remotely.
