Senior Recruitment Consultant
Global Talent 2020 are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, and quality delivery-focused Senior Recruitment Consultant, to join our new recruitment venture in Edinburgh.
This would suit a passionate professional recruiter looking to step up to a Senior Recruitment Consultant level. You will at present, be remote working from home two days a week, as business levels dictates.
Global Talent 2020 are a brand-new Recruitment Agency that has grown out of the experience and track-record of recruitment achievements of its principals involved in the business. We are looking for a keen candidate to grow a new business vertical within our recruitment business. With a fresh approach to recruitment, and the colleagues we engage. Collectively we have over 45 years of experience in key recruitment markets. The ideal candidate will be joining a hungry, innovative team, looking to make a genuine difference to the recruitment market, with candidate experiences, and the way we manage our client relationships.
Ideally, you must possess an engaging warm personality, be well organised, well presented, reliable, and passionate about your future growth. You must possess first-class people skills; these are pre-requisites for the role. You must be comfortable building a department/vertical for yourself, with scope to add a team under you as your success develops. As this role involves working partly from home, we need someone who is a very trustworthy, motivated individual, who possesses great integrity, and who will live, and breathe our company vision, ethos, and values at all times.
The Experience Required:
At Global Talent 2020, we are looking for someone with established Recruitment Consultant experience, looking to step up to a Senior Consultant level. Ideally, we are looking for someone with prior recruitment market experience within any of these sectors; Hospitality, Life Sciences, FMCG, or IT sectors in Scotland, the UK, and overseas. It would also be beneficial if they have an established client/candidate relationship network, possess strong 360-degree business development skills, as well as recruitment processes knowledge. A billing track record, and people soft skill abilities, will need to be illustrated at Interview. Clean driving Licence, and own Car are also essential.
