The role:
Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Scotland’s leading Bar and Restaurant clients for their beautifully situated venue on the East Coast. Our client has won the Sunday Times “Best Top 100 Companies to Work For”, 5 years in a row.
Set in a busy seaside town location our client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie for their quality focused food operations. It is part of a close dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high level popular food concepts across the main restaurant, and bar area of this cosmopolitan lifestyle branded business.
There are also secure plans to double the business by 2025, so career progression is definitely available!
The person:
Our passionate client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a growing CDP talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be approachable, have a positive out-going personality, and possess a “can-do” mentality.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume food led Kitchen, specifically with high street experience. Be able to demonstrate good all-round culinary technical skills, whilst being willing to grow, train and develop with this ambitious, expanding organisation in making memorable food experiences for its customers.
All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at the interview stages.
