The role:
Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Scotland’s leading Bar and Restaurant clients at their beautifully appointed Edinburgh city centre venues. Our client is an award-winning, fresh food innovator of quality, affordable fine dining and casual dining menu experiences.
Set in a busy central city location, our client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie for their quality-focused, established restaurant operation. You will be part of a close, dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high-level, popular fresh food concepts across the main restaurant and private dining area of this award-winning cosmopolitan business.
The role also offers a 44hr week, on-going development, and working with sustainably, locally sourced fresh ingredients, some gathered from our clients’ own Market gardens. There are also secure plans for career progression within this organisation, for passionate chefs looking to evolve.
The person:
Our quality-focused client at Global Talent 2020 is looking for an ambitious CDP talent in the kitchen. Someone who will be approachable to colleagues and customers alike, possess a positive outgoing personality, and exhibit a “can-do” mentality.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate must have had prior experience of working in a volume food led Kitchen, specifically with high street experience. An added advantage would be if you have Pastry experience. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round basic culinary technical skills, whilst being keen to grow, train, and develop with this ambitious organisation in making memorable food experiences for its devoted customers.
All Chef applicants will need to be able to demonstrate their technical abilities at interview stages.
