Global Talent 2020 is proudly working with an established independent coffee brand in hiring a Sales Manager to drive their Business Development across Scotland. The brand is sold separately in over 200 units across the UK, and a fantastic existing network is already in place, although you will be tasked with growing that network across Scotland. There are already 16 cafés in the city that stock the blend and are either owned by the brand or franchised out. You will have a lot of creative freedom in the role, and this would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and very commercially minded individual. You will aim to grow the brand’s footprint in Scotland and drive sales to new and existing clients.
There will be a traditional 09:00-17:00 shift pattern which leads to a great work-life balance and a hybrid schedule of 2 days in the office and 3 days on the road is suggested. Your work schedule will be up to you with the ultimate goal being sales of the product.

The Sales Manager role will include targeting relevant businesses, including independent and multiple sites. You will be responsible for the entirety of Scotland, based in Edinburgh with regional travel. You will need to drive brand growth through marketing, building, and maintaining solid client relationships, customer recruitment, and enhanced brand visibility. You will need to showcase the Coffee brand to key decision-makers within prospective clients and manage your diary and appointments, averaging 3 days on the road. You will ideally have a proven B2B sales track record, and a passion for the coffee industry.
