Set in a busy city location our client is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead one for their quality focused food operations. It is leading a close dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high level popular food concepts across the main restaurant, of this recognised day venue. Mainly delivering, quality breakfast, lunch, and afternoon teas type services. However, there is a need to also operate delivery of evening events dinners, a couple of times a week throughout the year.
